At Wenoc, we create a luxurious and seamless beauty experience. These Wenoc Beauty Terms & Conditions explain how our services work and what you can expect. By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms—so please take a moment to review them.
Booking Appointments
- To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Each session includes a brief preparation period at the beginning and end. If you arrive late, your treatment will still finish at the scheduled time, and the full price will apply.
- For First-Time Clients: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete a confidential consultation form. This allows us to personalise your treatment to your needs.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- As part of our Wenoc Beauty Terms & Conditions, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Canceling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment results in a 50% charge of the treatment cost.
- To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or email.
Gift Vouchers
- Non-refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for six months from the date of purchase.
- Partial redemption: After six months, vouchers can be used for 50% of their original value for up to one year from the purchase date. After one year, they expire and cannot be redeemed.
- Non-cashable: We do not exchange vouchers for cash. They must be used for Wenoc Beauty treatments or products.
- Redemption: When booking, please mention your voucher and provide the voucher number for verification. Our cancellation policy applies to all voucher bookings.
Prices & Payments
- Prices: Our prices may change without prior notice. However, we will inform you of any significant updates before your appointment.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, including American Express, as well as cash. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.
- Retail Purchases: All products must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer credit facilities.
Data Protection & Privacy
The Wenoc team takes great care of your personal information. We keep your details secure and confidential. We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

Medical Conditions

Patch Testing
A patch test is required before any eyelash tinting treatment for new clients. We will arrange this before your appointment.
Personal Belongings
Wenoc Beauty is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items during your visit. We recommend keeping your belongings with you at all times.
Limitation of Liability
Wenoc Beauty does not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products, unless required by law. In any case, our total liability for claims related to these terms will never exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Wenoc Beauty terms & conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
