Shipping policy

 

Minimum Order

We have a minimum order value of £60. This has enabled us to significantly reduce the number of small packages that we send, thereby reducing the amount of packaging we use, and the number of journeys our delivery partners need to make. This helps us in our goal of minimising our overall environmental impact as a business, and we appreciate your co-operation with this.

Dispatch

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 13:00 UK time on the same working day, although this may sometimes take longer. Orders received at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Pricing

Prices displayed within product listing are including VAT. Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other targetevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website. Our prices are reviewed and updated periodically.

Free delivery over £60:
Orders must be over £60 and placed online to qualify, otherwise £4.95 (plus VAT) is the standard delivery charge to most parts of mainland UK. This offer is only valid on orders within mainland UK and excludes large or heavy items. Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands and certain areas of the UK (Northern Ireland) may vary according to the size and weight of the parcel. Free delivery over £60 does not apply to orders where an offer code has been used, unless stated otherwise.

Standard mainland UK delivery will be charged at £4.95 + VAT unless stated otherwise. Additional carriage charges may apply for large or heavy items, or items sent directly from our supplier.  

Payment

Payment is due in full prior to dispatch of goods if a credit arrangement is not agreed beforehand. Payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice where a credit agreement exists.

Please note, delivery addresses cannot be changed on an order by a customer once payment has been taken. If you wish to make amendments to your delivery once an order has been made, please speak to a member of our Customer Service Team.

We are unable to change your delivery address on orders paid by PayPal. 

Online Orders

When you place an order to purchase an item from Wenoc.uk, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we despatch that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we despatch the product to you. Any products on the same order which are not despatched, do not form part of that contract.
