Wenoc Beauty Return and Cancellation policy

We make returns and cancellations simple and straightforward. Here’s everything you need to know.

Returns

If you need to return an item, the Wenoc return and cancellation policy allows you to do so within 14 working days from the day after you receive your goods. We only accept returns if the item is unopened and unused, unless it is defective or damaged. You may return sealed or shrink-wrapped products only if they are defective and unopened, with the seals intact.

Wenoc Beauty return and cancellation procedure

To process your return efficiently, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Usemail order@wenoc.uk with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will issue you a Return Authorisation, which is required for processing your refund or replacement.

  2. Include Order Details: on the back of your delivery note or a separate sheet, write your name, order number, and reason for return. If returning due to a defect, please specify the issue.

  3. Repackage Items Carefully: ensure the product is in its original packaging and includes all accessories, brochures, samples, manuals, guarantees, or warranties. Refunds cannot be issued for items returned incomplete. If the original packaging is damaged, pack the product securely for return.

  4. Shipping: send the item to the address provided in your Return Authorisation. Please note that you are responsible for postage or shipping costs, except when returning a defective product or a product sent in error. In such cases, we will refund standard or recorded postage costs.

  5. Lost ReturnsWenoc does not refund items lost in transit. For protection, we recommend sending returns by registered post, so you have a record of the return.

Subject to the guidelines of our return and cancellation policy, Wenoc will refund the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Cancellations

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your purchase within seven working days from the day after receiving your goods. To cancel, please notify us in writing via email or letter, as outlined on our contact page.

Conditions for cancellation:

  • To apply for cancellation, you must ensure the product is unused, unless it is defective. 
  • You can only return sealed or shrink-wrapped items if they are defective and unopened.
  • Personalised or intimate goods, or items with hygiene considerations, are non-returnable unless defective.
