Minimum Order

We set a minimum order value of £60. By implementing this policy, we reduce the number of small packages we ship, which lowers the amount of packaging used and minimizes the trips made by our delivery partners. As a result, we help reduce our environmental impact. Thank you for supporting our sustainability goals with this policy.

Dispatch Information

We process and dispatch orders Monday through Friday. If you place your order before 13:00 UK time, we strive to dispatch it on the same working day. However, during peak times, dispatch may take slightly longer. Orders placed over weekends or on Bank Holidays ship on the next working day.

Pricing and Charges

Product prices include VAT as displayed in our listings. In cases where extra fees apply for packing, carriage, or insurance, we clearly state those rates within our pricing structure. Our prices undergo periodic reviews to maintain accuracy and transparency.

Free Delivery Over £60

Enjoy free delivery on orders over £60 across most parts of mainland UK when you place your order online. Orders under £60 incur a standard delivery charge of £4.95 + VAT. Please note, free delivery does not apply when using a discount code unless otherwise specified.

This offer excludes deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, the Highlands, Scottish Islands, and other areas where delivery charges may vary depending on parcel size and weight. For large or heavy items and products sent directly from our supplier, additional fees may apply.

Payment Terms

We require full payment before dispatch unless a prior credit agreement exists. For customers with credit arrangements, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Please note:

• Delivery addresses cannot be changed after payment is taken. If you need to amend your delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.
• We cannot change delivery addresses on orders paid via PayPal.

Online Orders and Confirmation

After placing an order on Wenoc.uk, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt and detailing your order. This confirmation serves as an acknowledgment of your purchase request. Your order is officially accepted once we dispatch the product. Any items not included in your shipment do not form part of this purchase contract.
